World Book Day Fun!

At St Margaret’s we love reading and sharing books EVERY day…. so when given the opportunity to do so for a WHOLE day, and in fancy dress, we jump at it!

Head of English, Mrs Crowley meticulously planned the day. In assembly, led by by Roald Dahl’s Matilda characters Miss Trunchbull & Miss Honey,  we had a costume parade and shared some fantastic book reviews. Throughout the day we enjoyed the opportunity to chat about our favourite books, with every year group taking part in a ‘Book Speed Chat’ event.
