Site Manager Required
St Margaret’s Preparatory School is seeking a full time Site Manager to join our experienced and dedicated team in this highly regarded and beautiful rural school.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the safe and effective running of the site. They will:
- Ensure that the fabric of the school buildings and grounds are managed and maintained to a standard which is efficient and meets all statutory requirements.
- Work with the School Business Manager to develop and deliver robust capital and planned maintenance programmes.
- Manage all site related activities when events are held at the School.

Who are you?
You will have experience of facilities/site management, contract and project management and a thorough understanding of health and safety requirements in relation to site issues. The role will suit someone with a positive ‘can-do’ approach, an ability to organise and prioritise workloads – and a flexible, cheerful outlook.
- £24,000.00 per annum
